Dealer Experience Paul Palermo spent time and patience to make sure I purchased the exact vehicle I wanted. He made the process a pleasure not cumbersome and worked with me until I was completely satisfied.We noticed during some brief downtime how friendly the other sales personnel were too. We were made to feel very comfortable.

She is attentive, detailed, and very easy to work with. She is personable and I would recommend her to anyone. Her manager Bret is also great to work with. Great service I bought a MKX I had a good experience with my salesman Bob M but then a gentalman came over and said he needed me to take the car off the lot that day. I was not prepared to do that but I did. Other than that I was very pleased.
Getting the car ready for Florida! I have been bringing my car back to George Wall for all services. I trust that they will take good care of my car, advise me of needed repairs, and provide me with an accurate estimate of those repairs. The service department is top notch! My go to guy is Steve; but Ben took care of me this last time. They are responsive to my needs and my concerns about cost. And if I need a loaner, there is no one better than Lori! Thank you George Wall! You're the best!
