Barbara Bates My 2012 MKZ just was serviced for iol change/etc. I know I am entitled for free oil changes for a while, but they used to be for lifetime of car(as with my 2010 MKZ). Ever since my dealer Kevin left-I no longer get emails/phone calls/etc-he made me feel a little special being part of the Lincoln/Ford family...what happened to all of that? I will be inclined to but from a dealership offering the best of services-many now offer free oil changes for as long as you own the car, or up to 100000.00 miles-I work in th... read more

Misses we traded in a Lincoln MKZ and bought a new 2015 MKZ. We bought tw0 cars there 7 yrs ago. The service was excellent than and still is. The sales woman ,Kate Sagitova was very knowledgeable about the car and made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable. We will be returning in a few months for a second new car purchase.
