Great experience I was pleasantly surprised it was my first time turning in a leased vehicle and Ahmed walked me through the process with ease.
My MKz, couldnt be happier !!!! Very pleasant Ahmead & Matthew were great in explaining the MKZ that I was interested in, they were very accommodating to me in helping me make my final decision to pick the right color combo and vehicle options, which in itself was very difficult to do since there was a huge selection at the dealership which was another pleasant surprise to have such a huge choice of vehicles something you normally don't see these days.
Satisfactory Experience George Wall employees have always treated me as if I was a valued customer. I live right across the street from another Lincoln-Mercury dealer, I choose to come to Red Bank, because of the relationship I feel I have with certain staff members.
Mrs. Velez I had a morning waiting appointment. The service was fast & courteous. The waiting room and the restroom were neat and clean. All the staff I encountered were very friendly.
