Superior Service I was looking for a new Mustang online. I had my previous Mustang for 12 years and drove it 296,150 miles. One of the Best Buying Experiences Ever I went shopping last Friday for a new Ford to replace my old Dodge Pickup Truck. How could you not... How could you not but a car from this place? They are amazing went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted. I have been buying cars from George Wall, Ford and I have been buying cars from George Wall, Ford and Lincoln for the past six years or more. The salesman James is the best. Service. Service... bought an extended warranty on tires and rims at time of car purchase. 1 yr later had an incident and required a new rim. After 20 days of dealer having car. And apparently 2 rims that do not match car. I'm still left in the wind.. also impossible to get a loaner car. I understand it's aftermarket service warranty, but shouldn't sell a product that doesn't meet customers basic needs. At this point I rated 1 star simply because couldn't go lower... NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.
Waste of time I couldn't have made it more clear that I didn't think it was worth my time to come up to their dealer (1 Hour & 40 Mins) to work out a deal on a new car. Their price was too high and their trade-in offer was too low. After two calls with them, I wrote them off. After many more phone calls from them telling me they could work out a better deal I made the trip up. The car I was interested in was the dirtiest car I've ever witnessed on a dealer's lot.
