George My Ranger was done in a timely manor and exactly what I wanted. The service was excellent and the staff couldn't have been nicer.

GREAT SERVICE, always on the ball! It was a fantastic experience as always. I have NEVER had a bad experience. Every time I have brought the car in for service, the car is done when they say it will be done and have always taken the time to look for possible safety issues to keep me safe on the road. I travel with my Explore a lot miles and need a Ford location like Wall to keep the car in prefect running order. GREAT SERVICE!!

200,000 miles 200,000 miles I brought my 2002 Mercury Mountaineer into George Wall Lincoln Mercury in May of 2013, I wanted to know if it was safe to drive, I am in outside sales and drive a great deal. The car had 192K miles on it and was showing its age. The diagnostic tests and inspection of the vehicle revealed many areas of concern which were discussed with me by the service tech. 200,000 miles attained, thanks Service Dept My 2002 Mountaineer just passed 200,000 miles much to the efforts of George Wall Service department and particularly Jeff Wall and Bill McVitty. I brought the car in to check some items that concerned me and Bill McVitty and the service department worked with me to fix some issues that were detected. Exceptional Most times these review boards are used to complain, not me though. I brought my Mountaineer in to have service done because of a concern I had with the front end making a popping sound when I made hard turns. After several days, during which I was afforded a loaner car, the repairs were "completed" and I went to pick up the car. I spent a great deal of money for the repairs, as expected, but I use my car for business so needed to feel safe in it. Bought a new Explorer I dealt with Mike Lalley. very easy to deal with. No pressure, funny and easy going. I made him bring out about 6 vehicles before I found the one the wife and I wanted. He didn't even blink when we kept asking to see another one. I have had George Wall fix other vehicles for me that were not purchased there and I was anxious to buy there because I think their Service Department was FAIR, HONEST, and RELIABLE. The Finance gal was excellent, fast and efficient. Overall very pleased.

Jane Calvo Had an excellent experience with Nicole, sales associate at George Wall Lincoln dealership in Shrewsbury. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and patient! And I was able to get the car I was looking for. Had purchased a Mountaineer at same dealership 11 years earlier and decided to go back after going to several other dealerships in area. Superior Service I was looking for a new Mustang online. I had my previous Mustang for 12 years and drove it 296,150 miles. One of the Best Buying Experiences Ever I went shopping last Friday for a new Ford to replace my old Dodge Pickup Truck.
