Bend Over Backwards Eager to sell, Eager to please. Mr. Banton is an honest salesman who doesn't give you the salesman-like vibe or games. He's honest and really looks out for you. If you don't know what you're looking for, he'll find it if it's on the lot (or on another lot). He is also willing to deal (like dealers should) if it's realistic/reasonable.

I went to Germain looking to see about a new car. I wasn't in a great need for one but wanted to see what was out there and might be worked out. The sales staff was friendly and helpful maybe a little to all over and not focusing at first on what I was looking for but they did get there. In the end they went the extra mile and even went to Kettering to get me the car with what I wanted and got it to me by the end of the day. Met Germain salesman Brandon Kilgore at the 2104 Columbus Auto Show. He was friendly, engaging, and extremely customer service-oriented. My wife and I were actually at the show to check out the Mazda CX-5, and even took a test drive.
