Salesman replied to online looking by phone. Salesman did all he could to get us there & make us happy with our choice of vehicles, color and selection of a vehicle. Believe they could have done a better job on giving a ball park monthly cost for the other vehicles we looked at. None was given on the other three we looked at except total price and that they would be cheaper.

Our experience with Matt, Mark and Karl was honest, quick and friendly. Exactly what we were looking for. They appreciated our business and explained everything to us. There were no hidden fees or bait and switch tactics that we have experienced at other dealerships. We would definitely recommend.

I was referred to Brad by a friend and he did a great job. His knowledge of the vehicles and friendliness allowed me to feel comfortable during my process. I could tell that he was on my side and really wanted to sell me the car that I wanted, and that he was not just focused on making a sale or making money. Josh and Phil were amazing to work with. Both made me feel welcome the moment I stepped into the dealership and made sure I was not only happy with my car, but also worked with the banks to make sure I was going to be able to afford it without problem. They took time to understand my needs and make sure I was taken care of. After having some really bad experiences with other car dealerships Josh and Phil were amazing. I highly recommend them!!

I must say this was an execllent and easy car buying experience that i ever had. I truley would like to commend Josh Roach and Phil Hicks on an excellent car sale. I was greeted and tooken care of very well. Josh is such a great and knowledgable sales consultant. Josh and Phil both worked very hard to get me the best deal on my trade in and into My new Infiniti G37x. I highly recommand Germain Nissian to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. My overall experience was awesome !

A friend of mine was turning in her "lease vehicle" and she knew I loved her car and was interested in buying that car. She bought a new Nissan on a Saturday evening, told them I was interested in her lease she was turning in, and asked them to call me on Monday morning. They honored her request, and I was able to have opportunity to purchase that vehicle. I just bought my second car from Germain. This time it was a fabulous new Nissan Murano. The financing was pressure-free and they really worked with me to get a good deal. I am well-informed and experienced about the car buying process so i recognize a good deal when i see one. The value of my trade in was fair as well. I should also mention that I sold Germain a used care of mine as well in a separate deal and was treated well. One of the best buying experiences I've ever had. Had a major service issue with my prior vehicle serviced at this dealership. They went above and beyond to ensure I was pleased with how they handled everything. Traded that vehicle in and got an unreal price on the vehicle I purchase.
