Being first time home buyers, my fiance and I were very nervous about the entire process. Chelsey was recommended to us by our Realtor and we couldn't have been more lucky! Not only did she make this process easy for us, but she did it in less than a month! Chelsey and her team were available to us anytime for questions and they always got back to us right away. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a home, to start with Chelsey. You will not be disappointed.

I contacted Joe upon the advice of my Sister and Brother in Law as Joe took care of them years ago when they bought their house. Joe was extremely professional, and willing to listen to the horror story that I and my wife had been through with other lenders. Eric is great to work with. He made sure I had all the information I needed and answered all my questions. I was a first time home buyer and he didn't make me feel like I was an idiot. I've worked with Eric for over 15 years, as a Realtor and for my personal use. He has helped me with 3 home purchase mortgages and 2 refinances. All great experiences that benefited my financial future. In our most recent finance we cut out PMI, 10 years off our loan and only pay $100 more a month! Highly recommend.

John Higdon and everyone at Gershman Mortgage went above and beyond for us and made what could have been a stressful process really smooth and as simple as could be! John worked so hard for us to get our loan done. Unfortunately, we had a few obstacles. But in the end he put a great deal together for us to achieve our 1st home. So thankful for him and all the work he put in for us!
