It didn't take long for me to know that I found the right guy for the job! John Higdon and everyone at Gershman Mortgage went above and beyond for us and made what could have been a stressful process really smooth and as simple as could be! He gave us the tools to be where we needed to be and was there for us every step of the way! He also fought for us to get the best rate possible! I can't say enough about him and his team! At one time, I had no idea who John Higdon was, but my friend said he’s the best and well…I HAVE TO AGREE!
