The team was proactive with providing updates frequently as well as maintaining communication as to what was needed. Check lists kept everything manageable in what can be an overwhelming and intimidating experience.Communication was supportive and reassuring throughout the process.

He answered all of my questions & if he didn't know, off-hand, he would always point us in the right direction or get immediately back with me when he did have the answer.
