Joe and Courtney always have done a great job with us, explaining the process, and walking us through the documentation. Wouldn't trust anybody else with our home financing/refinancing.

He was always great about answering calls or emails. He would even answer when it wasn’t normal business hours. If we needed something he couldn’t help with he got us in-touch with someone who could.
