He was always great about answering calls or emails. He would even answer when it wasn’t normal business hours. If we needed something he couldn’t help with he got us in-touch with someone who could.
Alberto was always on top of things when it came to requesting documentation and providing insights based on my offers to the homes I requested. He was attentive, friendly, and was able to get back to me almost immediately with any questions I had. I would recommend Alberto without reservation to my family and friends if they are looking to buy a home!
Working with Nick was wonderful. He was professional at all times. He was prompt in getting back to us regarding questions we had and he answered our questions throughly and in a way we could understand. He was always upbeat and gave us feedback about the process. It was nice to use the app available through Gershman because it gave us the ability to connect with him via phone or email and have access to all the documents we had signed and sent to the lender during our process.
I can’t say enough on how well Mike Demo treated my wife and I, as we entered into this housing market to purchase a new home. He has been exceptional.
