Calling a Retail Electric Provider on a Monday may not be the smartest thing to do simply because of the high call volume. And that was the recorded message I received, along with an offer to receive a callback from Gexa. I decided to hold and shortly Keldron came on the line. My father is 80 years young, but not as proficient at seeking out and comparing electric plans; he still lives in the house where we grew up, The house is drafty, with single pain windows, an older A/C unit and insufficient insulation.
