My customer rep. Was excellent she answered all my questions about pricing about my three day free weekends I was nervous thinking I would pay a Arm and a leg on those off days but she explained it threw and simplified it. I’m so excited to start my services tomorrow thanks Gexa Energy!!!!!

Setting up new service was a breeze. The representative (Kel/Kal) was patient and knowledgeable. He even offered me a special that was not available online and broke down each part to make sure I understood. Def 5 star customer service. Praying the service is just as great!!
