Been with the company for 10+ years. Just went to the website to renew my plan and the offered plans were 5 cents/kwh more than my current plan. One phone call to customer service and they locked me in for another year about a little over 1 cent/kwh more than I'm currently paying which is still less than most competitors were offering for new customers. Have been and will continue to be a satisfied customer.

My customer service rep was very helpful and explained everything carefully to me. I needed that since I am not able to negotiate your web site. However, the music while I was on hold was dreadful--playing the same phrase over and over again!
