Excellent service and rates
I signed up for the Gexa Premium 24 savers plan today. Phone representative was extremely helpful and polite. Very knowledgeable too.
Great customer service
******** the rep I spoke with was great - very knowledgeable, was able to clearly explain the program to me (I'm 81 so that isn't always easy!)
I was only with them for a few months, but I was very pleased with the service. Not to mention, their lat payment notice was worded so nicely, never had that before. They definitely treat you like family. Will be using them again in the near future.
They have provided good reliable service at good rates.
No power outages in the 10 months that I have been with them. Easy to contact and deal with them. Wish their price was less or offer senior discounts.
