I just relocated to Texas! Initial call/customer service representative was great! She explain all the plans and rates and stated that I have 60 days without being penalized to change my mind/service so we shall see after 60 days...
I was most impressed about getting in contact with a person. Usually when you call a public utility you go thru endless recordings only to be waiting on hold for what seems a lifetime. In this case it was much different, I had a person on the phone within 30 seconds. The representative was well informed about their products/services and he quickly walked me through the process. The pricing is excellent, in my opinion and I look forward to a long tenure with Gexa.
