Any questions I've had, where I am now and where I lived prior, their staff was very kind about it. As well, when trees fell on lines during storms, etc. where I used to live they were available 24/7 for things like that. I respect that.

Gexa Energy is the easiest energy company I've worked with. Their website is user friendly. Their bills are easy to find and are straightforward. They even kept power going through Hurricane Harvey. I really love the care they put into customer service.

Gexa is the best energy company we have used. We use less than 1000 kwh per month (500 on average) and they give us a credit of $25 each month for that. Sometimes our bill is even negative and is subtracted from the next month's bill. I thought for sure it was just a ploy to get new customers and it wouldn't be renewable, but I just renewed our plan, and our net charge for using about 500 kwh is now around 3 cents!!
