Stylist was rude, can’t change tip, can’t pick or review stylists My stylist was rude and broke a piece of my furniture (accidentally, but still...). There’s no way to review her or ensure I don’t get her again and I can’t change her tip amount to reflect the poor service (tip is factored in to the cost and can’t be changed). Won’t be using this app again as a result
Do not use! More often than not you will receive someone who is not worth the price. The concept of this app is great but they don’t deliver advertised quality services. They are only receiving two stars becuase I was able to get a makeup artist last minute. The problem is that you do not get quality people. There is no rating or review system so they have no reason to do a good job. If you get Christine L. in NYC or Nassau county, cancel your appointment. She did a terrible job for my sisters sweet 16. Worst site ever!!!!! Don’t trust this company They canceled on me 15 min before my appt!!!! Now I have soaking wet have and a black tie event in an hour. I have never had a company bone me this bad. Terrible.
Do Not use this app - total scam Do not use this app! I was completely robbed by them last Friday 2/21/2020. I booked a blowout appointment, told my stylist what I was looking for and she said not a problem. I was unaware that apparently customers are responsible for the stylist getting the job done on time. The worst! This has been the worst experience so far. The girls has no knowledge and does a really poor job. Since it is through an app that you make the booking, it is really hard to give a feedback or resolve an issue. I understand that for the amount you pay you are expecting and excellent job but I’m sorry to tell you, that will not be the case.
NOT FOR KIDS!!!!!!!! If your a kid do not get this app!!!! My cousin set an appointment and we deleted it the second she did that!!! BTW: Kids don’t do this your parents will be very disappointed 😡😡😡😡!! ONLY FOR ADULTS OR TEENS!!!! Thanks! 🙂
Let down Was excited about this app but the prices are expensive and not worth it. Mind as well just go to a salon or dry bar.
Awful I want to say how disappointed I am in my services. One of our makeup artists showed up 20 minutes late, clearly strung out on drugs, reeked of cigarettes and alcohol and refused to put lipstick on my mom, instead told us to walk down the street to the Walgreens and buy one! I will never use Glamsquad again. Also, nowhere upfront did it say we would be automatically charged 20% gratuity, so now we double tipped everyone. I feel I’ve been scammed
Terrible I made an appointment for 5:00 pm and they confirmed. At 4:19 they cancelled my appointment leaving me in a bind. Terrible!
