Awful If I could give you zero stars I would. This is the second time my stylist has been late, first time almost an hour. I had an appointment at 5pm today, it’s 5:45 and no ones here. I got an email confirmation and a text, no one arrived. I’ve tried several times to reach customer support and it goes straight to a voice mail. Meh It’s a crapshoot. On at least two occasions, I got a last-minute call that they could not get anybody out to me. I was left without a stylist for events that I had pre-booked a stylist for. Other times they sent people that could hardly do a blow dry. If you want a great service in Miami, Alex is the one to ask for. He’s phenomenal
Subpar Every time I’ve used it, the blowout has been subpar with results that don’t look like salon quality. Where do they find these people? Priv is 100x better.
Responsive app? Why not make an app responsive to tablet, not just mobile??
App keeps shutting down Every time I try to set an appointment with the new update the app shuts down, I restarted my phone and redownloaded the app. Other than that I love Glamsquad, the stylists are all amazing

Terrible App, Cheap Company, STAY FAR FAR AWAY This is a cheap subpar company trying to sell a glamorous service. The blowouts are terrible and the app actually removes credits from your account without notifying you and when you call them they imply you did something wrong and use the word "fraudulent". Not sure if they thought that would be a scary word but it just sounds stupid when you misuse it. They need to train their customer service reps better but then again they are a CHEAP company.
