Awful I want to say how disappointed I am in my services. One of our makeup artists showed up 20 minutes late, clearly strung out on drugs, reeked of cigarettes and alcohol and refused to put lipstick on my mom, instead told us to walk down the street to the Walgreens and buy one! I will never use Glamsquad again. Also, nowhere upfront did it say we would be automatically charged 20% gratuity, so now we double tipped everyone. I feel I’ve been scammed
Terrible I made an appointment for 5:00 pm and they confirmed. At 4:19 they cancelled my appointment leaving me in a bind. Terrible!
Never showed up! First night out after having a newborn and was excited to get my hair done, even had the babysitter come early. I have probably had my hair done less than 5 times in my life, so was excited for this. But the stylist never showed up. I called customer service twice and it went to voicemail, as I was wasting the little time I had wondering if they were about to come or if I needed to get myself ready. Very disappointing!
Bad hairstylists The hairstylist are not well trained, I have tried them out twice. Both times did the hair stylist didn’t do what I asked for even though I had pictures. They also didn’t use products and techniques appropriate to my hair type.
Canceled 20 min before appointment Canceled 20 minutes before my appointment to get my makeup done for engagement photos. They told me they had no other makeup artists available. Poor customer service. Highly disappointed. Would not recommend.

Appt time Changed the appointment time in the app days before the appt The app did not update the artist and she arrived 45 mins late which cut into photo time for my sons bar mitzvah. Customer service has not responded.

Cancelled 30 minutes before appointment They called me thirty minutes before my noon appointment to cancel and said they didn’t have anyone else who could make it up. Given the late notice, I didn’t have time to go to a salon since I had to leave for my event shortly after. When I spoke to the person on the phone, she said she was going to double check to see if there was someone else available around 1PM and would call me back in ten minutes. She never called back.
