Never showed up! First night out after having a newborn and was excited to get my hair done, even had the babysitter come early. I have probably had my hair done less than 5 times in my life, so was excited for this. But the stylist never showed up. I called customer service twice and it went to voicemail, as I was wasting the little time I had wondering if they were about to come or if I needed to get myself ready. Very disappointing!
Bad hairstylists The hairstylist are not well trained, I have tried them out twice. Both times did the hair stylist didn’t do what I asked for even though I had pictures. They also didn’t use products and techniques appropriate to my hair type.
Canceled 20 min before appointment Canceled 20 minutes before my appointment to get my makeup done for engagement photos. They told me they had no other makeup artists available. Poor customer service. Highly disappointed. Would not recommend.

Appt time Changed the appointment time in the app days before the appt The app did not update the artist and she arrived 45 mins late which cut into photo time for my sons bar mitzvah. Customer service has not responded.

Cancelled 30 minutes before appointment They called me thirty minutes before my noon appointment to cancel and said they didn’t have anyone else who could make it up. Given the late notice, I didn’t have time to go to a salon since I had to leave for my event shortly after. When I spoke to the person on the phone, she said she was going to double check to see if there was someone else available around 1PM and would call me back in ten minutes. She never called back. Poor customer service I’ve been trying to add a service to an existing appointment for over two days. I tried first on the website but kept crashing. I emailed customer service and not only has customer service been slow in responding, but when she did, she asked me a question that showed she did not read my request at all. I downloaded the app to try to add on service, and that kept running into error messages too.
