Cancelled 30 minutes before appointment They called me thirty minutes before my noon appointment to cancel and said they didn’t have anyone else who could make it up. Given the late notice, I didn’t have time to go to a salon since I had to leave for my event shortly after. When I spoke to the person on the phone, she said she was going to double check to see if there was someone else available around 1PM and would call me back in ten minutes. She never called back. Poor customer service I’ve been trying to add a service to an existing appointment for over two days. I tried first on the website but kept crashing. I emailed customer service and not only has customer service been slow in responding, but when she did, she asked me a question that showed she did not read my request at all. I downloaded the app to try to add on service, and that kept running into error messages too. Worst! Cancelled last minute. Super unprofessional.
Awful If I could give you zero stars I would. This is the second time my stylist has been late, first time almost an hour. I had an appointment at 5pm today, it’s 5:45 and no ones here. I got an email confirmation and a text, no one arrived. I’ve tried several times to reach customer support and it goes straight to a voice mail. No one has contacted me to let me know what’s going on. I understand things happen, but 45 minutes late with no call/no explanation is just totally unacceptable. NEVER using this app again. Meh It’s a crapshoot. On at least two occasions, I got a last-minute call that they could not get anybody out to me. I was left without a stylist for events that I had pre-booked a stylist for. Other times they sent people that could hardly do a blow dry. If you want a great service in Miami, Alex is the one to ask for. He’s phenomenal
