I can't get the company directory to find user as in the RC phone. That's why I keep using RC phone. You are forcing an app on users without a really useful feature from the app it's replacing. We have 150 users in our company account. Don't want to add them to the favorites.

Not intuitave or easy to use. I have used this since 2012. They have added many features but lost much functionality inside the app to do so

Many!! updates to this app since report but issue still exists. This app needs to correct the sequencial ring option. My desire is to function as all other phone apps of this type, where it rings the pc first, then rolls over to cell phone app. Since Ring Central refuses to fix this bug, and has now applied an update that has removed my work around for this bug, I will be uninstalling this useless app...

Doesn't ring since several days when I get called. Every permission is allowed, but didn't resolve the issue.

I signed up for the 19.99 per month service and at check out the price showed up as 29.99 (billed annually). I chatted with a consultant and was told that it only applies to two or more users. No where on their website does it mention that. Not very user friendly....

New RingCentral app needs alot of trouble shooting. I cannot make calls from mobile phone 3 rings then disconnects. Cannot access old texts from 2020 only pulls up 2018 and 2019. Really frustrating to run a business if you cannot communicate to employees and clients!
