Strange how Ring Central has an app for desktop for faxing but not for mobile.
After changing password will not let me log in. Says it doesn't recognize the device and must send me a code. I receive the code, enter the code, and it still says didn't recognize the device. Perma- uninstalling.

Upgraded to paid account because I liked the service. Within 2 days was charged for 4,000 calling minutes (2 $25.00 increments of 2,000) with no warning, the second package charged within an hour of the first and showed 1,600 minutes of usage within first 40 minutes. I have been fighting RC for a refund for 3 months now, no one can tell me what the usage came from but will tell me they do not have authority to refund the charge. Ultimately, good product, horrible service and flagrant theft.
Audio quality for calls is abyssmal. I can hardly hear the person that I'm talking to, they cut in and out. Already did every possible troubleshooting. The desktop version is the same. I can't even connect to that.
