This app is quirky on performance and still has a subtle delay on phone calls. Why are there no text autoresponder options yet? This seems crazy?

My phone calls aren't transferring to my cell via the app. I miss a lot of calls. Also, I can't joint meetings through the app. I get a of errors. I see that there is another meeting app which I'll try, but it would be nice to have full functionality from one app. Shouldn't need 3.

Last two updates have made it much harder to use. Forced to use it at work, but without doubt this is getting harder to use. Also the worst tech support I have ever experienced.

Worst customer service ever! Many technical issues!!! Nobody actually has an idea how to solve these problems! I have two users, when we receive the call sometimes the phone of the 1st user does ring, and the second one doesn't, and sometimes the opposite happens. When I receive the call, I press the green button to accept the call, but the app just drops the call. Very bad way to deal with customers! Very disappointing! Going to change the provider...

Everything was great at first, been over a year no problem. My bank issued me a new card and the app won't let me update my billing info. Tried from the web site still error messages, I have called and left several messages and still haven't received a call back. As long as you don't need customer service this is a great company, but once you need to speak to a live person they will let you down. Please beware...

It's a gamble if the phone will ring or not when someone calls the number associated with ring central, resulting in many missed calls I'm not aware of which isn't professional at all. Also they had deleted this review.

Beware. I have been a long time customer who has had my business numbers with Ring central. When you try to leave they make it impossible to port your numbers out. I have been trying for a month! They have me hostage. This has got to be illegal! They just play dumb and act like they don't know why they keep denying the port and ask me to keep waiting. Update I just spent another 2 hours on this with my new provider on 3way. Still not fixed! RC doesn't even let you talk to porting department.
