Do not sign up with Ring Central! Absolutely terrible company and service. Their apps are all glitchy, calls dont come thru, help desk is an absolute joke. Beware

Of all the apps I have ever installed on my phone, none produce more problems and irregularities, issues, and wonky hassles than this horribly cobbled together mess of an app. When connected to bluetooth, it automatically answers all incoming calls and then I get no audio, so i cannot tell if they hear me. This is just one of the issues, but is simply in acceptable. I have to uninstall or pause the app just to work from my computer, or it will auto answer everything.

App features nice and the app looks good but nothing really works without spending hours and hours on the phone dealing with customer service trying to test call to fix the issue. They keep switching around the system on the back end causing technical issues and phones not to ring. I've spent well over 20 hours in the past year dealing with phone problems.

Your app is a joke! I should check my internet connection while my device is running on 4G. Rubbish

No matter how I set it, phone rings once and goes straight to voicemail.
