Unfortunately, my current experience with RingCentral efax under my new company falls way short of my previous experience under my old company where our RC's efax services WORKED EXACTLY AS SETUP. I've been asking help from RC tech support to resolve the failures of the settings & setups of my new company's RC efax services, with no solution in sight after 3 months of waiting for a solution to my simple request. Have to have this app installed on my phone for work but even if i disable the notifications while im at home it still plays the ringtone even though the incoming call doesnt show up

It is one big scam to get you to buy something else or waste your time chasing the fax that they say you have waiting 7 days later your charged.. I spoke to Jessica who was rude and told me to "Judy cancel" and then a man of Indian descent who told me he would be right back I sat on hold for 15 min then he hung up on me.

My phone calls aren't transferring to my cell via the app. I miss a lot of calls. Also, I can't join meetings through the app. I get a lot of errors. I see that there is another meeting app which I'll try, but it would be nice to have full functionality from one app. Shouldn't need 3.

This app is quirky on performance and still has a subtle delay on phone calls. Why are there no text autoresponder options yet? This seems crazy?

Last two updates have made it much harder to use. Forced to use it at work, but without doubt this is getting harder to use. Also the worst tech support I have ever experienced.
