We used to be able to change a "guest" to an admin on the teams within Glip & now you can't. Riddle me this, if I'm the only remaining admin & I leave the company & team, who is going to be able to add new users to the team when changes need to be made? Fatal flaw, add that functionality back!! Also not all organizations use a generic company email domain & those that do it just forwards to their gmail, yahoo, etc accounts anyway. Let the user use whatever email & let admin change guest to admin
Phone doesn't ring unless you have the app open with phone unlocked, even then sometimes you just get a missed call or voicemail. Notifications are also spotty, most of the time you don't get those either.

I loved it before but they are so unprofessional that they charged us and due to some unknown reason they deactivated our account and committed to refund but never answered and never got back to us.

I use a lot of apps that require a subscription. I've never had issues in the past when I've decided that the value proposition didn't make sense and I've opted out. I can't figure out how to stop my subscription, and I don't remember signing up for this in the first place. But I can't figure out how to stop I'm not getting responses for the last two months and I'm about to file a complaint with Google play if I don't get satisfaction

If you are lucky enough to get a phone number and a text number that match, it seems to be a good app. But if you're like me and have a WA text number, a Oklahoma call number that seems to have recently changed itself to a FL number, it doesn't work. My customers try calling me back and get in touch with various Cellularsales stores in other states. Can't get ahold of customer service for anything. If it wasn't mandatory at my job then I wouldn't use this app. I do not reccomend it to anyone.
