works but uses ridiculous amounts of resources, 500MB on Android, 2GB RAM on my laptop, for a simple chat tool, that's insane, either programmed really poorly or some data collection running in the background
I like it but I can't download my video, upload it to another platform, nor can I upgrade. I don't event see the features or benefits of upgrading. 🙄🙄🙄
Almost impossible to just create a meeting. No tab that says create meeting. Not a user friendly app

Maybe, maybe not. Your problem either way. Our account manager sends voicemail saying contact tech support. We've done that over 10 times and they say it all looks right. Works one call, not the next, then works again. So it has to be the app. This inconsistency and unreliability has already cost us more than we pay for this service. App is easy to use but it doesn't actually work. 3 users, 8 different phones tried.

Everything is basically disabled when you install app. Making it useless. They don't even offer trial period. The only way to test any features is to pay without trying. Worthless.

Awful in every way possible. Such a shame as the concept is good. I thought it was UK business. But it's US. So in some countries you can not use it at all. So it is useless if you travel abroad.
