Unable to import a file from my scanning app and fax it out. It takes additional steps to complete this task than it did with the previous app. Looking for an alternative now as I do a lot of scanning/faxing while out of the office and I need a simpler more efficient way. I don't need teams and all this extra stuff. I just want to Fax. I don't like being forced into the new app. Those of us using it for fax only should be able to keep the old app as it worked perfectly.

Purchased the Professional Plus plan, very excited for the service as it was what I was looking for at a price I deemed acceptable. Was unable to recieve calls on my mobile using the app, unless I just forwarded the number directly to my phone. After a week emailing with support they tell me that they have removed the Professional Plus plan and that I need to upgrade to their office plan at 3x the cost. Currently waiting for sales to contact me to cancel my plan and receive a refund.

Let me just start by saying that the app itself works fine. It is after all a phone app so what could WRONG?...........NOTHING (Just as long as you have LOW or NO EXPECTATIONS. I very rarely write a review on an app but when it comes to RING CENTRAL....I definitely will make an exception. Our tale of woe began about 3 years ago when we first signed up for a 30 day trial & continued using RING CENTRAL after the trial period had ended. Horrible. If you like speaking to robotic customer service reps that explain rate increases do not require adequate disclosure then you will love this company. After they motivated me to compare options with other service providers, I don't know why anyone is subscribing to Ring Central the features do not work, thier business practices are unthethical and they change terms on you even after you prepay a year in advance. When I called to cancel they explained Im not entitled to prorated refund
