Well, I had Floter on my right eye after I seen Dr. Robin and recommended laser surgery I got a little scared and decided not to do anything right away. Doctor Ross is excellent. If I could give 10 stars, I would. When I discovered my eye issues, her office got me in that same afternoon. Treatment plans were put in place. I did have 2 surgeries by Dr. Ross and the outcome is phenomenal. I highly recommend Dr. Ross and Global Retina Institute.

I have a very complicated eye issue and went to Dr Ross initially for what I thought was an emergency. The care and kindness that I received by Dr Ross and her wonderful staff on that day and since has been exemplary. Knowing that I have them to go to with any concerns provides unbelievable peace of mind to me. Dr Ross takes time to explain everything in detail and her level of expertise and genuine care is simply incredible. I would give this practice 100 stars if it were an option!

After reaching out to Dr. Ross by text on a Sunday, she quickly responded, first by messaging and then by phone to assess the urgency of the situation unfolding. Despite the fact that she wasn't our provider, she made immediate decisions, completed forms and cleared the way for emergency surgery the following morning. I appreciate so much the team at Global Retina! I came from out of state for a PVD/floaters/LFT/Vitrectomy. They were patient with me while I asked alot of questions and walked me through fear of the unknown. Dr. Ross has a BIG heart and took good care of me. I will never forget this experience and so grateful for Sheri, Robin, Kristina, and Dr Ross and their expertise.

I was a patient of Dr Robin Ross when she was in Grand Blanc Michigan. I had so many issues with my eyes but she addressed everything and explained every treatment as it was being done. She preferred each patient have someone with them at every appointment. So if course the one time my husband couldn't make it I found out I needed immediate surgery for a retina detachment.
