Sam Fisher made our 1st time home buying experience very easy for my wife and I. We were very nervous about the experience but Sam made sure that he kept in contact with us and reassured us that everything was good. He made sure everything went as planned and kept us informed of any change. Sam's knowledge for the home buying experience is unmatched and I am very greatful for his help. I have already and will continue to recommend Sam to any and everybody that needs help.
We have purchased and sold several homes in the past. The mortgage loan process was always daunting, tortuous and tedious. To say the least, we were a little gun shy. Our RE Agent referred us to Gino Gregory. Immediately during our phone consultation, our minds were put at ease. Gino was friendly, knowledgeable and super straight forward. The loan process was very very smooth. Gino handled everything. Virtually stress free experience. We will definitely be using him for all mortgage loan needs.
Richard Gregory (goes by Gino) was extremely helpful throughout the entire home buying process. Phenomenal guy, very helpful and has a knack for making things easier to understand. From the pre-approval all the way through the finalization of our loan, Gino kept us in the loop every step of the way, making sure we understood what was going on. I even received a phone call from him yesterday just checking up on us to see how everything is going at the new house. Gino was truly wonderful and I would recommend him to everyone.
The whole loan process was smooth and painless. My few questions were answered and explained quite well. Overall very pleased with Mr. Fisher's professionalism and consideration and look forward to working with him again.

what a great experience. I had bought a bank owned property and it was hard work up and down to get the deal done. Sam not only did the financing but was the cool head in the whole process.it was long and drawn out and at times frustrating but he would always smile and say it would get done. When you use Sam it seams you not only get a loan person but you get a friend.he will be the only one I will now use from now on and will highly recommend him to anyone looking to for financing.thank you very much Sam.
