Mr. Fisher was helpful from the beginning to the end, and even when I did not qualify for something he went over and beyond to help me and was able to get me a good interest rate and I was able to get some work done in my house. Mr. Fisher stayed on top of everything and when I had questions he was very knowledgeable and willing to explain and clarify everything for me. I truly would recommend him and his staff again and again. Thank you for never given up and going the extra mile, I truly appreciate it.
Pam was a pleasure to work with! First time home owner with a lot of questions and requiring quite a bit of assistance understanding the buying experience. Jason took over my case after I had an awful experience with another lender. He was able to calm my nerves, take me thru the entire process again and explained everything to me in detail without me feeling stupid! Not one question was left unanswered, my calls were always returned and he always communicated with me in the best possible way. He adapted to my schedule which is very hectic! Few years ago I tried to refinance. I worked with Tim. Lot of things were against me. Tim had to be keeping up with my progress for he contacted me to see if I had done anything after a couple of years.. I had tried others within this last year and NO one would touch me for my loan was more than what my home was worth due to the housing downfall. Tim and I worked to see what would be best for the turn around. He worked hard to find my out. Guess what. I now have a new mortgage. Thanks Tim Powell for all you have done for us.
Tim came through after a very lengthy and complicated financing situation. It was very difficult and overwhelming at times but Tim stuck with it and got my family into the house we dreamed of.

I wish there were more than 5 Stars to rate Pam Gustafson and GSF Mortgage. Is it sad that I am going to miss talking to Pam? Any time I needed something her response time was truly outstanding. She was able to answer all my questions and help make this process as smooth as possible. I was worried about closing since I have heard many horror stories from friends.
