I was new to the area and didn't know who to go to secure a loan to purchase a home. Ruth came highly recommended. She was able to get the ball rolling right away in starting the loan process. She answered all my questions (no matter how minor they were) and always responded back to me within the same day I asked questions. Jim did our refinance on our home in Eden Prairie. He was able to get the lowest interest rate at the time for the least amount of money out of our pocket. His follow through on all items was timely and he kept us informed every step of the way. Jim made sure to keep in touch with us through the whole process and seldom did we have to call him. He was the first to make a call with information or requests. I would highly recommend Jim for his promptness, knowledge and his pleasant personality.

Jim was very helpful throughout my entire home buying experience. He was very knowledgeable about all the aspects of my mortgage and was able to answered all of the questions me and my wife had every step of the way.
