A coworker recommended GSF to refinance my mortgage. I completed the online questionnaire on a Sunday night and was contacted by Megan the very next morning. Megan was very professional, helpful and knowledgable throughout the refi process. After a little discussion, we locked down a very fair interest rate on a 30 conventional loan. I could put it simple. Pam made everything easy! When questions came up she was a phone call or an E-mail away and within minutes you would have an answer or it would be 100% resolved.
