As a first time buyer, I had NO idea how the process worked. Jason went above and beyond to make sure things not only went smoothly, but he answered every "newbie" question I had and eased nerves when I was unsure of things. He even recommended a trusted real estate agent who also did a stellar job. I plan on recommending Jason to everyone I know and even those I don't know! A coworker recommended GSF to refinance my mortgage. I completed the online questionnaire on a Sunday night and was contacted by Megan the very next morning. Megan was very professional, helpful and knowledgable throughout the refi process. After a little discussion, we locked down a very fair interest rate on a 30 conventional loan. Megan kept me on track with my paperwork and gave me updates almost daily.I would highly recommend Megan (and GSF) if you are considering refinancing your loan.
