Pam was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was very patient with us through the entire lending process and was amazing at following through and getting back to us with answers to our questions, etc.
I refinanced my house through Koby at GSF Mortgage. We had tried to get refinanced several times and due to circumstances were never able to make it happen. Finally we found Koby and decided to give him a try. Koby went way over and above to make it happen. Most people would have given up, it looked like it was not going to work again, but he kept trying new things until finally we were able to close our refinance saving us a ton of money. Highly recomend, he's a great guy!
Jim was very helpful in getting and securing our loan. I am partially self employed and the process of documenting all the correct information was a bit of a pain. Jim was very patient through all that process. The laws regarding mortgages have changed dramatically since I did my last home loan and Jim was up to date on all the new regulations. In the end we closed on our home in a timely manner and were very pleases with the experience.
I had the pleasure of working with Koby when looking for my first home. He was very helpful and patient with any questions I had. If he couldn't answer a question right at that moment, he was prompt in giving me a response. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the quest to find a home.
I had a number of surprises some years ago with my finances. The the issues were all corrected yet it was a challenge getting all I needed to get through a new house financing. There were so many documents needed. Koby worked with me to submit all the documentation that were needed to purchases my new home. Everything went so well and so quickly I was amazed. Brenda and the underwriters were awesome to work with. they did my loan in a reasonable amount of time and to my satisfaction. Brenda was always available when I had questions and was able to answer my questions with knowledge.
Jim was the loan agent for the mortgage on my first house. He is very knowledgeable about a variety of loan services and investment considerations. For my mortgage, he explained the process clearly and addressed my questions. It made me feel confident in his services as we had a tight deadline (3 weeks) to close the mortgage. Everything went smoothly and closed on time.
Working with Ray was a real pleasure, I have been in contact with him on and off for two years trying to get a home loan but couldn't qualify for one for various reasons but he was finally able to help us recently obtain a home loan. In all our dealings Ray was the ultimate professional, he was a wealth of information and was very understanding and patient with us during the whole process.
