Tim came through after a very lengthy and complicated financing situation. It was very difficult and overwhelming at times but Tim stuck with it and got my family into the house we dreamed of.

I was new to the area and didn't know who to go to secure a loan to purchase a home. Ruth came highly recommended. She was able to get the ball rolling right away in starting the loan process. Jim did our refinance on our home in Eden Prairie. He was able to get the lowest interest rate at the time for the least amount of money out of our pocket. His follow through on all items was timely and he kept us informed every step of the way. Jim made sure to keep in touch with us through the whole process and seldom did we have to call him. He was the first to make a call with information or requests. I would highly recommend Jim for his promptness, knowledge and his pleasant personality.
