Jim was very thorough letting us know what was needed to get our mortgage approved and then through the process of underwriting which can be frustrating for anyone. We were selling two homes and buying one so there were a lot of moving parts. Jim took care of everything and we will definitely be using him again as our mortgage professional.

Had a very tough challenge with my refinance due to my divorce, low equity due to Housing crisis. Was able to find the absolute best program for me. Worked around the clock nights and weekends. Made calls to the county, the banks, title companies to make sure I was taken care of. I would recommend him 100%.
