Can't say one bad thing about Ruth! She is absolutely amazing! First time home buyer with no prior knowledge of the process. Ruth walked me through the entire deal, explained everything in full detail and was extremely patient with me! She goes above and beyond to help any way she can! Extremely speedy responses, even late at night! Ruth has left me feeling great about this process, and if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't go anywhere else! I highly recommend Ruth to anyone with mortgage needs!

My wife and I worked with Pam Gustafson on the purchase of our new home. I had already personally purchased two houses prior to this most recent one so I was somewhat familiar with the process. However, this was my wife's first home purchase and she had a lot of questions along the way. Pam was incredibly patient, understand and responsive to my our inquiries. Pam did such a great job with helping me understand everything I needed to know when buying a home. She was very professional and always answered any questions I had and trust me I had a lot.
