I had a wonderful experience with GSF Mortgage. I initially started my mortgage Refi with another company, and it did not go well. If you search my reviews, you can read those details. Overall, I was pleased with the service from GSF Mortgage. My originator, Ms. Million, was professional and prompt. She returned all emails very quickly - even late at night - and worked directly with my agent, which was a godsend as I travel a lot. She helped with a couple of things on my credit report which were not big, but needed some explanation. Everything she communicated was straightforward and above board. I was amazed at how smoothly my experience went with GoGSF. My realtor actually was concerned when I told her that I was using an "online" mortgage company and even she, the skeptic is now a convert--as is the title company. Sharyn, my Mortgage Broker was AMAZINGLY responsive, met every date and was EXTREMELY helpful. I was very lucky to come across Sharyn from GoGSF. Not only I got the lowest rate that I could find I got the best service. Overall experience was flawless and prompt. She even helped me the the other headaches of buying a home (still having problems with the escrow). I already recommended them to a friend and so far he is happy too.

We have worked with Mike for over 10 years which has included 3 new mortgages and quite a few refi's. He is the best of the best. We have always gotten the best rate and had no problems through the process. Any time we have had questions or concerns, Mike was there to address them, offer alternatives, or do whatever it takes to make sure we were taken care of. Finding someone you trust in this market is priceless. We feel very fortunate to have found that someone in Mike Cox.

Bought first home through GSF and Pam was more than patient with me in explaining everything about my loan and always just a phone call away. Not to mention GSF has some of the best rates on the market I found after shopping around. I highly recommend them!! Cheers,Chad

I have been directly working with Chris Ayer who has gone above and beyond to provide me with very thorough and detailed information specifically for my refinancing needs. I'm not even sure we will be doing a refinance due to the market right now, but Chris has been essential in the process. If we go through with the Refinance, I know I will be using GoGSF because they have done everything possible to help me with the decision.
