Just closed on my refinance.It was a pleasure to deal with Eileen.She made all the process easy and understandable. Everything was done on the phone or through email.Great job.Fast,knowledgeable. Process was flawless. I did a refi for two homes that I own at the same time. The rates were excellent and the final numbers matched what was expected. They were responsive to both calls and email's with all responses within a few hours. I have been through other refi's where the experience was exactly the opposite. If there ever was a worse-case scenario for a refinance mine was it. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. It was such a complicated mess due to my banks incompetence.
