It was a great experience everybody is very nice and helpful!!! GSF has the best interest rates I shopped around.. They work very hard to get what you need I am so happy with GSF... It was wonderfull experience I highly recommend Jenni Geiger she is awesome and so Nice and helpful... and she worked so hard to close my loan in less in 30 days now that"s customer service...

It was first time I used online mortgage company. I originally found GSF in Zillow reviews. I run the search by highest rate reviews and they were one of the top who could service my area (California). When I contacted them Pam called me back and explained how things goes professionally. Everyone I worked with at GSF Mortgage was knowledgable and helpful. The refinance process was very fast an easy. The online document submissions were very easy and helped to speed everything along. I would definitely use GSF Mortgage again!

I did my FHA refinance with Pam at GSF. I was really happy with the whole thing. She was able to tell me how the process was going to work, and it went really fast! I think we closed the loan in three weeks. Plus, I signed the paperwork on a Friday night at 6! It was even at my house, which was really cool, because it also happened to be my birthday! What a great birthday present! Lots of savings and a quick loan. Thanks Pam and GSF!

Pam was awesome to work with. My computer was not able to open some of the documents needed to close, so I called Pam for advice and within minutes she was at my house showing me what I needed to do. I would recommend Pam to anyone looking for great rates as well as great customer service.

I used GSF several times for both refinancing and purchasing. Each time, Pam Gustafson was my loan originator, and Amy coppus was my loan processor. I am very happy with their service, which is why I always went back, as well as recommending them to my friends. Compared to big banks, they are faster, more flexible, cost more effective. Special thank you to Amy coppus since she is the one who deals with various loan documents. She handles my files very well, and always address my questions timely!

I received Mike's name from a friend of mine who had refinanced with him and expressed great satisfaction from her experience. Pam was extremely helpful in helping me select the best loan for my needs and getting it locked in quickly. Their online system for uploading documentation made was much easier than dealing with a fax, email, or snail mail. The entire refinance process took less than 30 days to complete, which was amazing.
