I have now done two Mortgage Refinances with GSF Mortgage Corp. Both time Mike English my loan officer was great in getting me the best rate and keeping me posted with updates on the loan process. I would highly recommend GSF to anyone looking for a trustworthly mortgage company. They continued to follow up even after the loan was closed to make sure I was fully satisfied.

This was the best experience I've ever had with a refinance and closing. It was all done remotely over the phone and web via a secure process. The closing was great. It was done at 7pm on the Saturday of the Memorial Day Weekend, at a place of our choosing, to accomodate our out of town travel plans that holiday weekend. I have bought, sold, and refinanced several times over the years and this was the easiest and quickest mortgage loan I have ever done. The personnel were professional, doing items on the website was great and the closing was simple and fast. I could not have asked for a better mortgage process.

Sharyn helped my husband and me buy our first home. We were new to the entire process and she was quick to answer our many questions. My experience with Mike Cox and GSF was amazing! I looked at a lot of different lenders before choosing GSF. Mike was not only able to get me the lowest rates and cost I could find anywhere but he was also able to move up my closing date and close in 22 days. I couldn't be happier with my experience. My broker was Mike Cox. He was exceptionally helpful finding me the best rate available (the title agent at closing commented she had never seen a rate this low) and making the closing happen in 25 days from the time we locked the rate (my real estate agent hadn't seen that happen so quickly). I have recommended Mike to a friend and co-worker and will use him again in the future.

I was initially skeptical of seeking my mortgage refinance through something other than a "standard" financial institution. After thorough research I decided to give GSF a try and I am very pleased with the entire experience. Pam Gustafson great to work with and the entire process was conducted from my home, including the closing.
