I worked with Jennifer Geiger at GSF for my purchase in August 2013. It was a very smooth process. They were ready with everything a few days prior to my closing and according to my attorney's office, that never happens! Jenni was very friendly, extremely patient with my many questions and checked in after my closing to make sure everything went well. I first contacted GoGSF because I was shopping around for a lower rate for my preferred local lender to match. Sharyn D. provided me with an awesome rate and she was so responsive, helpful and attentive that I ended up using her over the lender who I had my heart set on. Overall, I was pleased with the service from GSF Mortgage. My originator, Ms. Million, was professional and prompt. She returned all emails very quickly - even late at night - and worked directly with my agent, which was a godsend as I travel a lot. She helped with a couple of things on my credit report which were not big, but needed some explanation. Everything she communicated was straightforward and above board. I was amazed at how smoothly my experience went with GoGSF. My realtor actually was concerned when I told her that I was using an "online" mortgage company and even she, the skeptic is now a convert--as is the title company.
