I used Gogo Grandparent for a while. The way their system works is that you give them your credit card, and they fulfill any needs you require, such as rides and picking up your medication. On the surface, it appears like an excellent service. I pay them a monthly fee. I notice that there were numerous transactions on my credit card. As a Driver for lyft and ***** last night I received a request for a ride for a ride, the senior that I picked up, was a short, but very heavy older man, with mobility issues, i did my best to accommodate him, but my SUV stood a little too high for him to easily enter the vehicle, and there was no way for me to physically lift him into the rear seat of the vehicle, i believe that this service takes advantage of senior citizens by not providing them the proper accommodations that they may need for their mobility issues, the p... read more

One of the worst companies I have ever been involved with. If you enjoy being on hold for 30 or more minutes to speak with someone than this company is for you!!! I'm just trying to cancel my account because of the frustration and I've been on hold for 45 min.
