Scheduled my first ride, got a confirmation and no one showed up at the Scheduled time. When I called to find out what wad going on, I was told here were no avaliable drivers. Regardless of scheduling ahead of time. No call to notify me that no one was coming. Just left me hanging with a very important appointment to get to. I've deactivated my account and naturally there was no offer to refund the year's membership ID paid. RIP OFF! SCAM! BEWARE!!!

Beware! The prices advertised for rides is not what the estimate or charge actually is. I am not sure how they can get away with advertising .27 cents per minute and come up with a $14-$16 rate for a 6.5 minute ride! If it sounds too good to be true, it is!

This scam sham company left a poor woman in a wheel chair waiting for a ride at a hospital for over an hour, asks Uber drivers to violate their terms of service and do a terrible job communicating with driver and passenger alike. They should be shut down
