Everything when well, had to change drivers several times but still on time, requested a wheel chair compatable but got a car but worked out with driver to resolve problem, overall all good

I am very satisfied with this service. I appreciate dealing with a live human customer service representative. No wait on hold, no endless menus, no texting and courteous customer service. These are very rare features nowdays. I am so glad that someone thought of a way to market this customer experince. I dont mind paying for it.
