I was left an hour and a half by a taxi that never arrived. While looking for another ride saw the GoGoGrandparent ad and found out what it was about. I signed up and requested a ride and the driver was there within minutes. I will be using the service for getting groceries, going to doctor appointments and picking up prescriptions.

I took my first ride on GoGo Grandparent. First I was pleased the called me in the morning ( I appreciated that) called 10 minutes before, easy to use instructions. The **** drive was on time and very polite. Just as easy to book return ********** waiting for us to leave performance at **********. The driver was very polite and got us home the fastest and easiest way. My first experience was a 100% positive.

The drivers are reliable (i.e., the drivers usually come within the time frame stated.). Most of the drivers have been polite and professional. The rates are somewhat pricey for the distance traveled.

The ride was good. The driver arrived quickly, drove safely and was friendly, however the wait for an operator was very long, about 50 minutes and the operator had a heavy accent and was kind of hard to understand. Overall it is a good service and valuable in this car dependent area.
