We set this up for my father in law. He had Parkinsons and has a hard time with any changes. Well he had an important doctors appointment and his original ride could not make it. I set up Gogo grandparent with one easy phone call and the ride worked perfect. When his appointment was done I called back and it Prompted me to pick him up at the last location which I pushed. It said a car would be there in 4 min which it was. My father in law was relieved. I would highly recommend this service

Abundantly courteous...friendly...a highly skilled driver, negotiating difficult, snowy roads with practised skill...most helpful, too, in loading and offloading my rollator and other goods. No problems here! Driver was early, and took the exact route I would have taken. Nice vehicle to ride in, as my car is in the shop. Comfortable ride and there was no wild moments. Overall, pleasant 1st time experience. I guess Ill use it again since I got it for a month.

We had a great experience. We booked a ride a week in advance. Received a call the day before confirming the ride and pick up time. Also morning of ride received a call that driver was on the way. Driver was very nice and we arrived at our destination with no issues. This is a wonderful program

Woman Driver Couldn't find the Hospital. I explained she was coming to PHL *********** Driver very polite, safe driver, helped with my luggage.Good experience with Go-Go.Unfortunately, plane was late, and luggage was delayed about an hour.Will use again and will spread the word.
