this company is totally based on taking a vantage of seniors companies like this tolerate themselves. The charge is ridiculous to make a phone call to arrange a ride to a destination perform by a second party. Shame on this company Gogo grandparents. you don't tell them you are the middleman and they get this ridiculous charge of the checking account to pick up prescription or hamburger. This was my first ride and I was a bit apprehensive; however, the driver couldnt have been nicer or more polite. I will definitely use this service again and will recommend it to everyone!The bonus was that before hand I got a phone call telling me the drivers name, the model and color of the car and the cars license plate number.
