My first driver cancelled on me! But, ********, my second driver more than made up for the first driver who refused to show ID to enter a gated community! Something wrong there. the first driverWHY did he do that? What is he hiding? *** ******** went out of her way to help me with something that was very important for me to accomplish today. Gogo Grandma is a good app so far! If all the other Lyft drivers are as nice as she was today, I have no problems with .this was my first ride using this appmore later.

Very smooth ride. Usually third-party appointments for Rideshare are fraught with error. Often addresses are incorrect, or send the driver at the wrong time, sometimes one hour late. There was clear communication, excellent directions, and the riders were well mannered and very polite.

Great service for those Who do not like to use robot technology and never talk to a person and not go in circles. The drivers were very professional friendly and on time I would use the service over and over again before Uber or Lyft.

I used Go go grandparent today for the first time and I was a little nervous about how it would go. It went great. I had a round-trip and everything was on time and both drivers were very nice. I gave each of them a tip and they actually seem surprised and appreciative, I will certainly use Go go grandparent again
