My mother called for a ride on Saturday. Unfortunately, my Mom did not tell me (her son) of her plans. After finding out that she left home on her own, we were a bit frantic. ****, the GoGoGrandparent supervisor, bent over backwards calling businesses in the area and contacting the driver to help us ultimately locate her. **** demonstrated a degree of concern, compassion and engagement that we rarely see these days. HUGE shout out to him for all of his efforts on the behalf of my Mom and our family.

The two drivers were extremely pleasant and navigated myself and another passenger carefully and expeditiously. Each of the two cars was clean and in excellent shape. I had a pleasant and friendly discussion with each of them. I highly recommend GoGo and will continue to use them in the future.

We arrived at the ********** train station at 5 am. My daughter was looking on Uber for a ride to the airport where we were renting a car. She couldn't even access their website. I found Go Go Grandparent and within 15 minutes had a very nice driver, **** who took us directly to the airport. The fare was very reasonable and **** was very professional and entertaining. I highly recommend using Go Go Grandparent

Yet today I was WOWED with the EXCELLENCE of two people: The fabulous,kind, caring, yet professional young lady who scheduled my 5PM ride tonight...and my AMAZING DRIVER *******.
