Initially I was confused over online information on how to schedule my first Uber ride. When I contacted a GoGo representative, they were extremely helpful on working with me on the step by step process for scheduling my first Uber ride. I was not only impressed with how the GoGo representative helped me, but as I better understood their process in working with ****** was further impressed. While I was hospitalized with a stroke, my wife was overcharged by multiple taxi drivers, Our hospital put us in touch with "Go Go Grandparent" It felt like a miracle. Fast service, great drivers, clean cars, honest prices. We even used Go Go to shop for our groceries. I have been singing their praises to everyone I meet. I hope they are very successful.

Our driver **** , was an outstanding young man. It was refreshing to see a young man being so attentive to our needs and so respectful to us. I felt completely safe in his vehicle. we had a fairly long drive but it was a pleasurable trip. He brighted up our day. Quan is a model employee!

The young lady who spoke to me from GoGo Grandparent on the phone, ******, was very informative and patient when I was editing my profile and needed to change my password. She told me just what to do, and was polite and cheerful waiting for me to follow her directions. She answered several of my other questions as I was new to the program. Five stars for ******! A couple of other agents I talked to were also nice in helping me get set up but I don't have their names.

The person answering the phone I think is ***. She does an excellent job setting up a driver, making sure the information is correct, and the passenger understands. Drivers have been great. No complaints. I do like that they have the usual destinations that a person goes to in a computer. Service is punctual. I do not have to fool with the poor Uber and Lyft sign-up phone systems to schedule a ride. Please no automated sign-*** or automated chats.
