As promised, I was notified by a text message and a phone call of the arrival times. As promised, a description of the car, the license plate number's, and the name of both drivers, I felt very safe with both drivers. As I arrived home, the driver waited until I was in my door before driving away. I thought the service was excellent.

The pickup was quick, less then 5 minutes from completing the call. Was comforting ride and nice driver to talk with.

The first driver may have picked up a different fare at the *************** . I saw a similar car pass by . . And cancelled my ride!Happily, after getting in touch with gogo, I was assigned a new driver. ******!! He's a very good driver and extremely considerate and friendly.He is definitely one of my top 3 drivers.

I have used this service recently for transportation and food services. I could not be more impressed! The service is excellent and the best part is the follow-up calls to make sure I was satisfied. For a minute I thought I was still in the 20th Century where the business really cared about their service!! Keep up the good work and great service.

I have started using Go Go Grandparent because its so much easier to use. You dont have to have a smart phone even though I have one. When you call in you actually talk to a human being. Ive never had to wait more than eight minutes for someone to pick me up. My only comment would be to amend their tipping policy and time limits on tipping I was told you have to tip your driver within 20 to 30 minutes of the ride.
