I Love Go Go.Grandparent It has been the most reliable transportation. I.have ever used. They are very dependable. They get me pick me up and get me to my destinations on time. And the drivers have been very polite and friendly. And the operators that schedule my rides are all very nice and helpful.. Thank you GoGo Grandparent. I am so proud I chose you

I needed a ride home from a 5 day stay in hospital for a bad pneumonia. I saw your add when I finally got finalized for discharge. I called, the other ride share apps were horrible and I had no WiFi in hospital so I couldn't even use them. Your phone operators were very nice, I am a gramma, computer *****, but this was an unusual circumstance. Both dispatcher and driver were very helpful and curtious. The first driver cancelled however **** immediately worked on finding another driver

I am so impressed with ****. Such an efficient organization! Wish you could instruct others who are lacking in customer service. Also I find the diversity of the drivers very interesting.

My driver was wonderful! He did a round trip for me. Waited while I went in to the store. My one & only time I used Uber before the driver left me stranded even though I asked in advance to wait. Then when I called Uber to complain they wouldnt return my calls. Today I had the opposite experience. Very positive. Will use again & hoping I get the same driver.

The service was on time. The both drivers were very friendly and the second one was very patient with an unexpected delay, very kind and cheerful. This was a wonderful experience and I hope to use it again.
