I came across this service in a pinch when I couldnt get Lyft or Uber to come to the airport. I was so surprised how quick and accommodating the driver was.

I am very satisfied with this service. I appreciate dealing with a live human customer service representative. No wait on hold, no endless menus, no texting and courteous customer service. These are very rare features nowdays. I am so glad that someone thought of a way to market this customer experince. I dont mind paying for it. I wish other companies provided these options that most of us took for granted in years past.
