This morning a nice man came to pick me up on time, and in the car type. He was very helpful getting me in and out of the car, and putting together the ******, and putting my art stuff in the trunk. He was very knowledgeable and a lot of fun. He took me to the art studio on time unloaded the ****** and all the stuff I had so thanks to him it was a lovely experience. I made my reservation in advance. As promised, they were kind enough to remind me when my reservation was scheduled and when the driver would arrive. Everything about the service from sign-up to rides to and from my destination was absolutely perfect. Thank you Go Go Grandparent.

I called & verbally made all my reservations. They understood exactly what I needed & my rides showed up a little late but they showed up & were extremely nice! I needed rides to & from Physical Therapy following hip *********** have a brace & am on crutches so I am so thankful for this service!! The price is also reasonable. I've had only two rides so far but hopefully they will keep up their good work in the future.

Today - Thanksgiving Day 2023 - my brother and sister-in-law are visiting from ********** for our annual trek to ********** for T-Giving Turkey and a wonderful FAMILY VISIT. I ALWAYS CALL FOR A RIDE AND THEY ARE HERE WITHIN MINUTES. YESTERDAY THE DRIVER WALKED ME TO THE DOOR OF THE DOCTORS OFFICE. THAT WAS REALLY NICE OF HER.

I get flustered with online reservations. I decided to try the call. The customer service rep was courteous and helpful. The driver who showed up to take my family was well groomed and pleasant. I am just not sure about the monthly fee if I don't use this service that often. I need to get more information regarding that fee.

My elder had to learn effective use of a cell phone. He is also cognitively compromised. GoGoGrandparent worked with me to simplify instructions; especially for his frequently visited places. THis is a pricey service, but after 6 months, I'd say we have success! I have better peace of mind.
