I requested an initial ride at 7:11 this morning; much to my delight, a driver arrived at 7:36! Superb availability and response when I requested it returned ride at 11:40; the driver arrived at 11:50, Again much to my delight and surprise. Both drivers were friendly and navigated the heavy traffic here in ******* extremely well and smoothly; definitely expertly. This was a new experience for me which turned out to be a pleasant experience with a driver who was friendly and curteous.
